Odd behavior has been observed among the undead in recent weeks. Fewer ghoul attacks have been reported than average, which is unexpected considering the huge number of recent casualties from the Cataclysm. One would expect large uptick in both the number of new undead and ghoul attacks, but reports of new undead and ghoul attacks are at an historic all time low.
It’s unclear if this is due to interference by the large number of other monstrous creatures that have popped up, in the wake of the Cataclysm, or something else entirely is beginning. There have been some accounts of large numbers of undead congregating Northeast of Sanctuary, but these reports remain unverified.
