There are once again reports of strange laws being posted at random locations throughout the Seal. It is unclear who is behind them, and no one has claimed responsibility, but some of the places where these laws have been posted have either been massacred or abandoned. Is this some new faction? Some religious group? A strange prank? No one seems to know.
