There have been reports of a group of Effigies traveling across the Great Seal claiming to transform the bodies of any who wish into that of an Effigy. As preposterous as these claims may seem, I was able to find and interview several Effigies across multiple settlements who say they were recently transformed and their fellow townsfolk verify their recent transformation. The travelers performing the transformations were not able to be located for interview, but we encourage them to reach out to The Leaf to share their story.
