Mass Hysteria

Scattered reports of madness and mass hysteria are coming in from around the Seal. Some reports of those afflicted claim of strange ranting about a missing book, while other seemed nearly catatonic. While attempts at healing and exorcism have helped some of the afflicted, others remain in their deranged state. It is unclear what is causing these episodes, but the Wardens are investigating whether contaminated water might be the cause for it.
