The Civil War raging between the Gold and Red factions of the Imperial Army within the Seal have had some major developments. After a tense altercation between the factions during an attempted peace negotiation, the town of Sanctuary has allied with the Gold faction, potentially shifting the balance of power, which had been at a stalemate. Shortly after the alliance with Sanctuary was finalized, the Gold Faction won a decisive victory when they raided a Red faction “reeducation camp” and liberated the Trumar being held there. That victory was short lived, however, when the mysterious figure known as The Horned One decimated the Gold Faction forces that performed the raid. Does this mean The Horned One has allied with the Red Faction? No one seems to know, but for the moment the Red Faction has seized on the Gold Faction’s losses and is pressing the attack, forcing the Gold Faction on their heels. This war continues to spiral out of control drawing more and more into their struggle. How long before the entire Seal is pulled into this conflict?
