After the absolute devastation inflicted on the land by the Cataclysm, many feared that crops would not recover for many seasons. It seems however, that these fears were misplaced, as there have been record harvests across the entire Seal. A bumper crop of all staple foods have been gathered, and a record number of livestock births have been reported. This strange occurrence has scholars baffled. Is some unexpected side effect of the Cataclysm? Some strange new magic? Divine intervention? Or perhaps just good luck? Whatever the case, the knowledge that there will be enough food to last through the winter has gone a long way to ease anxieties and raise spirits within the Great Seal.
