Three weeks of investigation has led to proof that Sanctuary is in talks with the Jasmine Dragons, members of the Dragonlord species formerly under control of their fiend inhabited Empress. These people committed acts of heinous violence across the Seal in the name of their Empress. How can Sanctuary forgive them so easily?
Despite their stated goals of a “peaceful” existence, these Jasmine Dragons are still formidable fighters, nearly to the man.
Perhaps Sanctuary is looking to parlay this fighting skill into an army to take down the Red Legion. Or perhaps, these negotiations merely involve a pledge to protect these far from defenseless people from an even larger threat. If that were true though, how would that be of any benefit to Sanctuary?
Talks and negotiations continue, according to our sources here at the Leaf. Rumor holds that the now formalized treaty with the Pale Alliance is not a barrier to ongoing discussions with this formidable fighting force. Only time will tell where the agreement will be beneficial or safe to the people of the Seal.
