This area is largely controlled by Dragonlords with blue scales an affinity for Blue Dragons.  The lands of this territory are mostly flat plains, known for their productive fields and farmlands.

Blue dragons are known as Debaan.  They are by far the most defensive of dragons.  Early would be Dragonlords found these dragons would not harm them an would simply ignore them, if they acted in a way that did not pose a threat to the dragons or encroach upon their territory.  

Dragonlords with blue scales are part of the Taira clan and belong to the Yi family.  Their most favored of the Seven Tenents is Honesty.
