The lands of Lucitus are harsh and dry.  Most of the province consists of black volcanic deserts with scattered oasis communities dispersed within it. 

The people of Lucitus survive and find wealth as nomadic traders between the Dragonlord Kingdom and the rest of the Empire of Tellairus.  While they are technically part of the Empire, their culture is dramatically different than that of the rest of the Empire.  Most live a semi nomadic life, traveling between the water sources moving goods, just as their ancestors did for hundreds of years before them.
