There are reports of mushroom spores sprouting into dangerous humanoid creatures outside the Doom Shroom forest. The extent of this phenomenon is unknown, but we have at least one report of these dangerous mushrooms appearing in Sanctuary. The Juniper Order has confirmed there have been at least a few other incidents.
