The Red Faction of the Imperial Army has released a proclamation stating:
Be it known; The time of violating the natural order is at an end.
Reassigning of one’s natural species will not be tolerated within our jurisdiction. This includes becoming an Effigy and any other profane and unnatural transformations.
Anyone participating in or facilitating this type of transformation will be sentenced to death.
